Return & Refund Policy
Our policy regarding refunds & returns is in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) which can be found at the following link:
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
If you order the wrong product or change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible and we will offer you a return for a store credit and you will be responsible for the return costs.
If you receive the incorrect product, please contact us and we will organise a replacement. We may also ask you to return the incorrect product you received, which we will provide a return label for and there will be no shipping cost to you for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the return address on the package. Please contact us prior to making any returns and we will provide a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In the case of a damaged or defective item, we can resend the same item to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
