Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please email us at info@bambinohouse.com.au with your order number, the item name, and clear photos showing the condition of the item.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or the address shown on the parcel. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return requests cannot be reviewed without the required photos.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, we may offer a return for store credit only.
For change-of-mind returns:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Items must be unused and in original condition

Store credit will only be issued after the return is received and inspected
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos so our team can review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to request that the item be returned before a refund, replacement, or store credit is issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm otherwise in writing or unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
For approved returns, we recommend using tracked shipping. Bambino House is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are not processed until the returned item has been received and inspected, unless our team confirms otherwise.
Store Credit
Store credit may be offered as a faster alternative to a return or refund.
Store credit can be used toward eligible products on our website and will be sent by email once approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
